200 g cured pork loin
150 g Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

Slice the cured pork loin thinly. Place the slices in a plate creating a uniform layer and put the Parmesan cheese on it. Season it with extra virgin olive oil.
