350 g pasta
1 horseshoe chorizo
1 red pepper
1 onion
Fried tomato
Oil and salt
Oregano (optional)
Grated cheese (optional)


On the one hand, put water in a top with a pinch of salt and a dash of oil. Boil it. When it starts to boil, add the pasta. On the other hand, chop the onion and simmer it in a frying pan. Once half fried, add the pepper cut in thin strips. Salt it and stir it. While cooking the vegetables, peel the chorizo and slice or dice it. Add the chorizo in the frying pan and fry together with the vegetables stirring constantly. Once fried, add the fried tomato and a pinch of oregano if desired. Once the sauté and the pasta are ready, mix them. It can be served with grilled grated cheese.
